This year we will be joining the Probadge team and attendees at the campsite at Lyons Copse.
St George’s Day and Remembrance Sunday are the two annual national commemorative events that Scouts from all sections are asked to support. As such, we expect every Cubs to attend. Parents and Families are encouraged to join us as the service and promise renewal will not take long.

Please meet outside gate at 6.15 p.m. All cars must have registered their details with me by Sunday 10th May or they will not be allowed onsite. We should be finished around 8 p.m. Please can all Cubs wear sweatshirt and scarf.
Directions: From Stubbington take Gosport Road. At the big roundabout that forms the junction between Newgate lane, Rowner Road, Broom Way and Gosport Road, you need to take the Broom Way exit and continue up Broom Way to the traffic lights. Go straight across at the lights and just a few yards on is the right turn into the road past the allotments that leads to Argus gate.
At present I have the following children with these adults: Ciaran with Danny, Reece and Joe with Dave, Daniel and Edward with Nick, Christian, Jim and Daniel with Amanda, Sam with Jo, Jake and Callum with Simon, Aaron with Simon, Jack with Frank, Joshua and Owen with an adult (!), Sam, Sam, Will with Ben, Annie with Nicky, Nicola with me and finally, Frank, Kieran, Ashley with Jason. This makes 13 cars. If your arrangements change please let me know asap.
We are asking for an additional payment to assist with funding the visit from this outstanding team. Every child will be given the opportunity to learn drumming skills led by an expert.
The cost for the evening will be £3 per child.

We will be manning a stall at this annual event to raise awareness of the Scout group and to raise some money for Group funds. We are looking for Cubs and their parents to assist with the stalls. Please let Akela know if you can help.

We will be spending the evening running around the campsite following an orienteering route. Any parent help would be much appreciated. Car sharing is a must!

We will be holding a Group Family Day at Cricket Camp. Plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, will be followed by a barbeque and closed with the A.G.M.
The Scouts and Cubs are also being given the opportunity to camp overnight.

To celebrate our last meeting of the year we would like to invite parents, siblings, extended families and friends to a Beach BBQ. Please bring your own picnic or food to cook, blankets etc.
We will close the evening with a badge presentation.
