District 6-a-side Football Competition

Venue: Stubbington Recreation Ground

Date: Saturday 14th March

Time: to be confirmed

Team: 8 Cubs

If your child is interested then they need to return the form by 10th February. We will be entering a team of 8 children into the 6-a-side footie competition. The team will be decided during half term and more details posted then for time etc. The cost for this will be £2 per child.

Please can those participating, wear sports kit and trainers. We are hoping to provide t-shirts for the team. As yet there has been no decision about the use of football boots. I will let you know before the day whether to bring them.

We have been asked to provide a referee for the event and I am hoping that someone with more knowledge about football than me will volunteer to represent us in this role. As I know next to nothing about the game it shouldn't be hard! If you fancy the job please let me know as soon as possible. Otherwise Jason, it will be you again!!!!

There will be plenty of space for supporters so even if your child is not involved, if you are free that afternoon why not come to Stubbington and cheer on the Sarisbury Cubs!
